unBurnio is an early-stage project, built and hosted in the EU, run by Yurii Puzichenko. It isn’t a registered company yet — until it is, the founder is personally responsible for the data described on this page (the “data controller,” in GDPR terms). The site itself is served by Vercel from Frankfurt. Reach us any time at hello@unburn.io.
If you join the waitlist: your email address — nothing else. It’s stored with Neon (Postgres) on EU servers in Frankfurt, and we use it for exactly one thing: sending you one email, the day unBurnio opens. No newsletters, no sharing, no selling. Submitting the form is your consent for that single email, and you can take it back at any time — see “Removing your email” below. We keep the address for as long as the waitlist exists, including after launch, since it may become part of your unBurnio account — until you ask us to delete it.
We use PostHog, also on EU servers. By default it runs cookieless — nothing identifying is stored on your device, and no profile follows you around. If you accept the banner, we additionally set analytics cookies and turn on session replay and richer usage analytics, so we can see how the page is actually used and improve it. Replay masks whatever you type — the text you enter is never recorded. If you decline, the only thing saved in your browser is the choice itself, so we don’t ask you again.
Your consent is as easy to withdraw as it was to give: use the link below to reset your choice and the banner will ask again, or clear this site’s data in your browser — either way, replay and analytics cookies stop.

EU law gives you the right to see, correct, or delete anything we hold about you — one email to hello@unburn.io does it. If you think we’ve handled your data badly, you can complain to your local data-protection authority — though we’d appreciate the chance to fix it first.
